Refund policy

In-Store Returns
The store we sell in, Inspirations Home Decor and More, is not set up to handle returns, so we are unable to offer returns on any purchases made in the store.  You are welcome to reach out to us to see if we can help accommodate you.

Website Returns
Returns are allowed for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.  Refunds are given on merchandise only, and will not include shipping costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please contact us prior to sending a return.

Damaged items
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, you have 5 business days from the day you received the package to let us know that something is broken. Please keep all of the packing materials. We will give you instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, these items will not be accepted.
